Today I am thankful for life. I’m thankful for Kate Gardea who called my parents November 14 when I begged her not to because she is a big reason I’m still here. I’m thankful for all those who reached out to me when I was in the darkest hole of my life. I’m thankful for those who reached out to my parents concerned about me. I’m thankful for those who didn’t because you showed me who needs to be in my life. November 15, I started my journey to inpatient hospitalization for suicidal tendencies. What how could the girl who posts all the time such happy positive things be there? That’s the thing, social media allowed me to portray that I was okay when really I was drowning. I’m not sharing for attention. I’m sharing because I hope this message helps just one person. Reach out to that friend you’re worried about. Reach out to the one you miss because it may be the text that saves them. To my family, thank you for being by my side even when I was angry and scared to be inpatient, you continued to fight for me when I didn’t want to. I love each and every one of you guys 💛

Happy 31st wedding anniversary to these two people I call mom and dad. Y'all have been through so much that would normally tear couples apart but you guys have a love for each other that's so rare to see. 31 years and it seems y'all continue to fall in love with each other more and more every single day. I love y'all with all my heart and hope y'all have a great day❤️ #relationshipgoals #happyanniversary
