Zeit, mich mal richtig vorzustellen. 🤍

Hinter Sham Estate steckt nicht einfach nur „irgendwas mit Immobilien“.

Mein eigener Weg hat 2019 mit meiner ersten Wohnung angefangen – ohne großen Plan vom Vermögensaufbau, dafür mit ziemlich vielen Fragen und einigen Dingen, die ich heute anders machen würde.

Genau daraus ist irgendwann der Wunsch entstanden, Immobilien wirklich zu verstehen: Zahlen, Risiken, Finanzierung, WEG-Unterlagen – und vor allem die Frage, wann ein Kauf wirklich sinnvoll ist und wann eben nicht.

Heute möchte ich genau dieses Wissen weitergeben. Ohne „Du MUSST Immobilien kaufen“. Ohne schnellen Reichtum zu versprechen. Sondern so, dass Menschen selbst fundierte Entscheidungen treffen können.

Und weil hinter all den Zahlen immer auch ein Mensch steckt, gibt’s heute ein bisschen mehr von dem Menschen hinter Sham Estate. 🫶🏽

Fire and Rhythm was a journey — not always easy, but deeply true.
Six days of slowing down, showing up, and remembering what really matters.
We came together — strangers at first — and left with something shared: movement, connection, laughter, stillness, joy.
We danced, we cried, we let go.
We made space for what’s real.

To everyone who came with an open heart — thank you.
To the guides who held it all with strength and care.
To the land that supported us.

This wasn’t just a retreat.
It was a reminder — of how good it feels to be free, to connect, to share, to move, to feel, to enjoy being alive.
