This wedding was truly one for the books!

Everything was perfect, from the beautiful venue and amazing vendors to the weather and, most importantly, the sweetest couple. You could truly feel how much Megan and Trevor love each other, from their vows and speeches to the way they interacted with their family, bridal party, and guests.

What made their day even more special was how present they were. They took the time to enjoy every moment, talk to their guests, and appreciate everything around them. It was a beautiful reminder that being present allows you to let go of the stress and simply enjoy the day you worked so hard to plan.

Thank you, Megan and Trevor, for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your beautiful day.

I’ve photographed a lot of love at San Francisco City Hall but never like this.

Most of my days here are spent capturing engagement sessions and elopements where you’re finding a pocket of space to yourselves amidst the hustle and bustle of other couples also having the best day of their lives. You’re waiting in line for the rotunda, dodging tourists on the grand staircase, and timing your wide shots for the three seconds nobody’s walking through the frame. It’s chaotic and wonderful, and completely perfect for those specific days.

But this, this is the other version. The whole building reserved for this one couple, the rotunda set for dinner at the base of the staircase, and their guests’ laughter echoing through the hallways. Every bit of celebration was for these two brides, and only them.

Same walls, completely different vibes.
