18 beautiful souls joined us in Mallorca, Spain 🇪🇸 for a week of heart-medicine for my Rasa Vinyasa Yoga Retreat. Sringara Rasa is a celebration of the honey, the sweetness, the nectar of our lives.

When we spend time in these Rasa states it is a reminder of our soul's primal creative pulse, which existed long before any conditioning - religious, societal, familial - took hold. This is the true essence of your soul's journey on this earth! My retreats are a way to return to this soft, sweet place and to linger there. To remind yourself it is possible. To move through the world and to make decisions rooted in this space of inner alignment. Rasa yoga, the yoga of emotion, cultivates peak energetic states in a vinyasa class rather than peak poses. For some, this is a radical way to practice yoga! For me, it has been a portal to living yoga off the mat. Rasa yoga has truly opened my eyes to all the ways a yoga practice can nourish our lives, if we let it.

"Out beyond ideas of wrong and right, there is a field. I'll meet you there." - RUMI

My retreats are influenced by the teachings of @shivarea108 - my friend and root teacher. Thank you Shiva for over 24 years of wisdom 🙏 🌟

The sunrises on @kayelbarguestranch were some of the most peaceful I've ever seen. I can't wait to go back. They say Arizona has a golden hour, and it is truly a special thing. 🧡
