As your coach, it’s not my job to tell you what you want to hear. It’s my job to tell you what you NEED to hear. • • • And sometimes that means having a tough conversation (or several). That’s what happened with Jaclyn this past Winter/early Spring. She came to me back in February excited to get started focusing on her health. But in the end, after a good number of weeks of inconsistency and just not putting the plan together, I had to give her that tough love talk. She appreciated it, and realized maybe she wasn’t quite ready to full commit for herself just yet. Fast forward to July. She’s crushing it. She came back to me with a completely different mindset and was finally ready to go all in for herself. Now, where she had trouble before - tracking on weekends (or at all), let alone actually hitting those numbers - she is dialed in and following the plan to a T! And let me tell you, it has paid off for her tenfold already, and we are only three weeks in! She’s lost about 4.5lbs in just 3 weeks and feels better than ever with more energy, drive, and just overall physical and mental health finally getting back in line for her. I am so proud of you for coming back for yourself, Jaclyn! I can’t wait to see how much farther you go 🙌🏼🙌🏼 • • • My job isn’t easy. It means holding you accountable. It means you might not always like me and what I have to say. It means you might need to step away from what I’m asking of you until it’s ready to TRULY commit. But when you are ready, and you do go all in for yourself… It is the most rewarding job in the world to watch you succeed. I love what I do. #iam1stphorm #1stphormathletesearch #mytransphormation #allin #commit #ctmoms #yesyoucan #toughlove #accountable #doitforyourself
