POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A book is more than the images it holds. It’s how those images come together, how a story unfolds, and what remains with you long after you’ve turned the final page.
With Cee’s Pickney, the design was integral to the process from the beginning. It was about finding a form that could hold the weight of the stories, memories and histories within it.

The book was designed by @jadabruney, a South London artist working across culture, design and visual storytelling. Over several months, we worked closely, bouncing ideas back and forth and shaping everything from the typography, materials and colour to the way the photographs, archives and stories come together to build something that felt considered, tactile and true to the world of Cee’s Pickney.

At the heart of it all is something generational: my grandmother’s spirit, my mother’s love and my own vision, all held in one place.

Thank you to Jada for helping bring that vision to life ❤️🧠

Celebrated International Women’s Day for the second year in row with @creativedebuts at @castinteriorsuk HQ 🤎

Firstly, I’m absolutely obsessed with Cast’s whole office space but the kitchen absolutely stole my heart 🥲

Stunning artwork on display everywhere I turned, curated by @calum03 who never disappoints when it comes to showcasing artists👏🏾 I’ve included some of my favourites but I wish I’d taken more photos!

Lastly, I’m not a small bite kind of girl but those canapés were 10/10 🤤

God is good, always 🙏🏾
