🏐 WANT TO BOUNCE LIKE A PRO? 🏐

Your vertical isn’t just your legs. It’s how much force you can make, and how fast you can use it. Our 3-Week Volleyball Tune-Up trains both, with the same methods we use with pro volleyball athletes. 💪

Here’s a look inside 👇

1️⃣ ISO Deadlift: Pull against a bar that won’t move. It builds raw force through your hips and legs without wear and tear on your joints.
2️⃣ Band-Resisted Jumps: With the band over your shoulders and hands on your hips, you have to fight to leave the ground. This builds explosive hip extension.
3️⃣ Assisted Jumps: The band helps you up, so you’re moving faster than normal. This trains quicker ground contacts and a snappier takeoff.
4️⃣ Resisted Approach Jumps: A band pulls you back through your full approach. You learn to drive through your last two steps and turn speed into height. 🚀

✅ More explosive approach
✅ Quicker off the floor
✅ Stronger, safer landings
✅ Ready for club season

🔑 Form tip: On every jump, land soft and quiet. Knees track over the toes, hips sit back. A good landing sets up the next jump.

⏳ It’s 3 weeks, and spots are limited. Get your legs ready before club season starts.
