11 years ago, a 10 year-old athan attended his very first Halloween Horror Nights. it was HHN 26 to be exact. little did he know that this one trip to HHN with his mom, sister, and step dad would genuinely change his life.
jump 10 HHN’s forward (thanks covid) and a now 20 year-old athan is experiencing HHN 35. i know it’s a little silly but it’s hard to put into words how much this event means to me. this is my happy place. it’s my escape from all my worries. it’s where i make some of the best memories of my life.
i knew HHN 35 would be incredible but this event is genuinely the perfect way to celebrate my ten years of Halloween Horror Nights. the work and love the creators have put into this year means the world to me and i’m sure every other fan out there. just the fact that i can take a photo with Chance, my favorite and the icon that started it all for me, right in the streets is everything and more.
i will ALWAYS be obsessed with HHN. i sometimes think about the future and how i am going to plan my life so that i can still come to my favorite place. thank you to all my friends and family that have put up with my obsession all these years, and don’t worry i am already talking about HHN 36 and we aren’t even halfway through this one.
here’s to more screams and laughs and falling to floor in fear together and running out of houses screaming and cheering on scareactors and late late nights and grueling walks back to the parking garage.
i love you HHN. thanks for scaring me, i wouldn’t have it any other way :) 🖤🦇

what an unforgettable experience that i will cherish forever. being apart of these 3 amazing shows at @ssmtva felt like a dream come true! each show being uniquely different and being able to perform everyday for 3months was just the highlight. i wouldn’t trade being a hotbox girl, a frequent shopper or a Shirelle for anything! i have endless love and gratitude to the cast, creatives, and crew, thank you for inspiring me in every way and reminding me that this is what i want my future to be⭐️

I had the best time with this cast and this crew! Learned so much about myself and about the industry from all the people I was around! From producing to how to play pickle ball! So grateful I love this show and hope to do it again! 🤍 It was truly SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL!
