ATHLETE PERSPECTIVE ⚽️

Meet Jada Tuffin, senior captain of the UNCW Women’s Soccer team.

After being cut from Boston College, transferring to UNCW, and then tearing her ACL, Jada has experienced the highs and lows of competing at the collegiate level.
Now, she’s a senior captain, her team is undefeated, and she recently scored her first career goal.

Her journey is a reminder that setbacks can change your path without having to define you.

Here’s Jada’s perspective on mental performance, identity, and what she’s learned along the way. 🤍

What’s a setback that changed the way you see yourself as an athlete?
