CHAPTER 39 - BECOMING 🥂✨

There’s something beautiful about Becoming.

Learning to enjoy the silence without feeling the need to fill it. Finding comfort in trusting what I cannot see yet. Allowing myself to receive the love I’ve so freely given. Letting go of what was, even when the pivot feels unfamiliar.

Learning that not every season requires an explanation, every transition a plan, or every moment of uncertainty an immediate answer.

Some things simply require trust. Some chapters require surrender. And some versions of ourselves can only emerge when we make peace with leaving the familiar behind.

At 39, I’m no longer rushing to arrive. I’m embracing the space between who I’ve been and who I’m becoming. Giving myself permission to evolve, to soften, to be loved, and to experience life without needing to control every part of it.

Less proving. More living. Less resistance. More receiving.

And somewhere between the silence, the surrender, and the unexpected turns, I’m discovering that the beauty was never just in the destination.

It has always been in the journey.

Behind the business, there’s us.
A marriage, our daughter, and two people who see the world a little differently.

I know Darren as my husband and the father of our little girl. Working beside him lets me see the care he gives his patients up close. He also made room for my ideas, and I found a part of the practice I could build with him.
