POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In 2021, I had been on my fitness journey CONSISTENTLY for a year, and for the first time, I was beginning to see the results.

But I didn’t realize then that I was standing at the very beginning of something much bigger.

The gym became more than a place to change my body. It became where I discovered my strength, challenged the limits I had placed on myself, and built confidence from the inside out. Every workout, setback, and small victory shaped who I am today.

At the time, I never imagined that the beginner who was simply trying to feel confident, would one day become a trainer—helping women transform their bodies, confidence, mindsets, and lives.

I was just beginning.

And the truth is, I still am.

I don’t believe there’s an “end goal.” There’s only the commitment to become 1% better every day.

Over the years, I’ve experienced every kind of season—times when I was leaner, times when I tracked my food, and times when I didn’t, times where I did not even recognize my self or habits. Progress was never linear, but I kept choosing to show up for myself at the gym. That decision has brought me to where I am at.

And that’s what I want every woman to understand:

You don’t have to be perfect to make progress. You just have to keep going.

Fitness was never only about changing my body. It was about changing how I showed up for my life—with more strength, confidence, discipline, and self-belief.

That’s what I want for my clients: a body they’re proud of, a healthy relationship with food, confidence that extends far beyond the gym, and habits that support them for life.

I don’t want you to help you chase a smaller body at the expense of your own happiness. I want to help you build a body you are proud of, a relationship with food that doesn’t control you, confidence that extends far beyond the gym and habits that you can actually maintain for the rest of your life.

You don’t have to wait until you feel ready. You don’t have to start over alone. Your next chapter can begin with one decision today and everyday.

DM me “START” and let’s take that first step together. 🤍

I’ve been in and out of the gym for years, but I faced fears. I confronted demons. Some days I felt proud… some days I wanted to break. But I stayed with it.

25 rounds over this camp. Every one of them taught me something — especially how to stay calm under pressure and not be so hard on myself.

Big respect to Erick Lanzas Jr. for the work, and to Miguel Leo, Jonathan Balgamme, Angelo Leo, and Fernando Paredes for the knowledge and guidance.

I grew a lot as a man during the 70+ days I’ve been away from home

I really appreciate everybody I’ve come across during this training camp. This is my 6th camp being around Angelo Leo and my 3rd camp I’ve been around for an extended period of time. The memories I take from these are unforgettable and I’m grateful to God for this and the part I get to play on the team of one of the best fighters the boxing world has to offer.

Atlanta up next and when Angelo Leo steps in there with Ra’eese Aleem, he’s going to show the world exactly who the best featherweight is….AND STILL THE IBF FEATHERWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!!!

What a pleasure it was to be part of this show for my second year in a row. This was the first show I ever walked runway for. It’s truly full circle and wholesome to be able to return and see just how much I’ve grown and how much the community has grown. It’s fantastic to see, it’s exciting to be a part of. Thank you for everyone who came together to create this show and raise money for a great cause.
