You don’t have to choose between ambition & something deeper. You can carry both.

The goals and the quiet practices nobody sees were never at war with each other. They work together.

This is for you - the ambitious & whimsy, the overachiever & spiritual.

Have you ever experienced a sound bath? 🧘🏽‍♀️

Check out this sound bath event @bodysuiteofficial hosted at the Collab District with @jade_le 🔔

If you’re curious, a sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants immerse themselves in the soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. During a session, participants relax while the instruments are played intentionally to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote well-being. The vibrations are believed to resonate with the body and mind, helping to balance energy and release tension. Sound baths are popular as a holistic wellness practice, providing a serene and meditative experience that leaves participants feeling relaxed, clear-minded, and refreshed. 🧘🏽‍♂️

If there is a word that exists above “perfect”, that is what I would use to describe this exceptional weekend.. 🥹✨Like.. WHAT!!! ABSOLUTE MAGIC 😭

At our first ever Awakened Joy Retreat, we ..
🕊released those deep rooted limiting beliefs
🕊reclaimed our innate knowing + trust
🕊and renewed our promises to ourselves,

knowing that we can’t EVER GO BACK because there is too much greatness that’s ahead WAITING for us!!! ✨
-
This retreat was everything I could have ever envisioned and dreamed of.. can you believe this all this sisterhood happened in just 2.5 days?!? It still feels like a dream 🥹💕..

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the women who said YES in awakening their joy, and making their marks on creating the foundation for what Awakened Joy retreats look and FEEL LIKE.

I am going to remember this weekend forever 🤍🕊

Welcome to the Queendom 🙏🏼🫶🏼🌸

With Love,
Ami 🥹💕🕊

This little film just ended its little festival run! Endlessly grateful for the experience of making this short - and all the incredible opportunities that followed because of it ❤️ we made this film about 2.5 years ago (which is crazy bc I was 19 lol) in a grocery store doing two overnight shoots. The later it got, the loopier we became, but it was so much fun. This was also back in pre-COVID times - and being film students just running around being creative without that weight on our shoulders was the best time! also grateful for the opportunity to work with other Vietnamese artists for the first time which was so special ❤️

Fresh Peaches can now be viewed on @cineasianfilms - a platform that amplifies Asian filmmakers. Much love and onto the next!💘
