Was a pleasure teaching Fitness & Nutrition in Thailand at @awaketours’ first Active Retreat!

And the dream of having my bub here with us.

I wanted to educate the crew on SIMPLIFYING the heck out of nutrition.

To guarantee RESULTS you need to guarantee CONSISTENCY.

Which in my words is:

1. Cementing a BASELINE MEAL PLAN
(create a food guide that works for you and becomes subconscious choice)

2. Understand how to MANIPULATE PORTIONS
(for fat loss versus muscle building goals, forever changing)

3. MACRO-PHASE your year around goals or events
(eg. Shred for Wedding or build booty through cold months), so you can enjoy the different calorie requirements of those goals.

4. Then you can CREATE CONSISTENCY WITHIN THE WALLS OF THE CURRENT GOAL / PHASE
(In grow / holiday phases enjoy the looseness of heavy meals out, whilst in the strict shred months practise wiser portion control)

Add that to training specifically for your current goal, and whala! You have a baseline of training and nutrition that can flow in the background of your life while other important things still flourish too!

Cheers to the next @awakeactive_ tour

Beyond the jokes on the floor, the banter and the 50/50 mix of coaching and roasting lies the truth…

We have big hearts down here at BeMore Fitness 😱

Yes, we know… lies 😂😂😂

But it’s true.

Bemore Fitness is a place where everyone belongs. We don’t just train together we grow together.

What I love most is seeing the encouragement on the floor and watching everyone push each other to become better.

When you know you’re slacking and someone calls you out from behind 😱😂❤️

Or when you’re challenging a teammate and you’re both on the limiter, giving everything you have to win.

We love seeing people hang around for chats and coffees afterwards…

Because beyond the pain, it’s the best start to your day.

We walk in as strangers and walk out as teammates, friends and even family.

That’s what we’ve always wanted.

Come here to lose weight and get fit.

Come here to get strong.

Come here to balance your lifestyle and improve your mental health.

Come here to challenge yourself in HYROX or a marathon.

Come here to make friends.

BeMore is a place for everyone, bonded by the shared journey of becoming better ❤️

Drop a ❤️ if this lands and comment your favourite trash talk quote from one of our trainers 😂

Apologies for the photo dump, I couldn’t choose just a few, annndddd sorry for the long caption too

Every one of these moments captures pure joy after an unbelievably challenging season. While it wasn’t the Worlds run I had envisioned for myself, I’m so proud of what we accomplished together. I pushed myself with two tumble passes and skills I didn’t compete last year, and my stunt group fought and recovered like absolute pros 💗

So grateful for the chance to come back for one final season, earn a paid bid to Worlds, and be surrounded by the most incredible teammates and coaches ❤️

Officially signing off as a Swellie 🥹💗 My heart is so full, endless gratitude for this team

Stay tuned for my dream Worlds photoshoot by queen @_megz.media_ ✨
