INSTAGRAM VS REALITY 🍑😂

Thought it was time to give you guys a real, raw insight into what I have to put up with… I mean… what I have the pleasure of coaching. 🤔

From the outside, Booty Squad looks like a bunch of women with giant glutes, lifting heavy, laughing and having a great time.

But what you DON’T see is what actually goes on behind the scenes. 😂

🍑 The sessions are BRUTAL.

💀 Strange noises are made.

🖕 Insults are thrown… mostly at me.

😂 And somehow, I’m always the bad guy!

But amongst all the chaos, something pretty bloody special happens.

An incredible group of women push each other, build confidence, get stronger and achieve things they never thought possible.

And that’s exactly why I LOVE coaching my Booty Squads.

They’re loud, they’re strong, they’re slightly unhinged…

And they’re definitely NOT for the faint-hearted! 😂🍑

The squad was out in full force this morning and absolutely CRUSHED IT 🍑🔥

So proud of every single girl who showed up, worked hard and left everything out on that gym floor.

But my favourite part? Watching everyone get around each other, hype each other up and push each other further than they thought they could go. 💪🏼

That’s what this squad is all about.

Hard work. Good energy. And a group of women wanting to see each other win. ❤️

Best way to start a Saturday morning.

Proud coach today. 🥹👏🏼
