I used to think taking care of my health meant finding the perfect supplement. Now I spend my money on things that help me move, recover, and actually enjoy my life. * Altras → movement * Gas money → nature * Creatine → strength * Organic groceries → nourishment * Acupuncture/massage/sauna → recovery

I wanted this to be a TMJ resource that you could keep on your phone and pull out of your pocket whenever you need it: - at 2 am when you’re half awake and your jaw hurts and you need relief - when you’re on vacation and don’t have access to care - when you’re sitting in the car between 89 other things and you need some peace of mind Instead of searching the internet for why your jaw hurts or trying to piece it all togther otherwise, now you’ll have it all in one place. Thank you to everyone who’s encouraged me to create resources beyond the treatment room. I can’t wait to hear what you think. I hope it brings you some relief x If there are other topics you’re looking to have a pocket resource to, let me know. I love chiropractic and I love creating!

Your jaw has become one of my favorite things to treat because so many people have no idea how much they’ve been putting up with!!! “I’ve always had clicking.””i get headaches every day””i stopped eating granola and popcorn” “i clench my teeth when I’m stressed.” “My neck is always tight.” People say these things like they’re just personality traits! Girl we don’t need to be feeling like this I promise. Your jaw, neck, posture, breathing, and nervous system are all talking to each other. So if one part isn’t moving well, the others usually pick up the slack. That doesn’t mean every click needs fixing or every headache is coming from your jaw. But if you’re avoiding chewy foods, waking up sore, or getting headaches every week… it’s worth asking why and I’m here to help you!❤️‍🔥

Changing the conversation around pain: most content out there is either scaring you about your body or promising you a quick fix. I’m reaaaally not interested in either. Your body is👏not👏 broken AND it’s 👏not👏fragile. And you don’t need to be afraid of it. Pain is real but pain doesn’t ALWAYS mean damage. Sometimes your nervous system is being loud. It’s learned to amplify signals faster and flag things as threatening that aren’t actually a threat. It’s biology and it’s changeable. This is what I talk about with almost every patient I see because it changes how people move through their lives. If you’ve been bouncing around practitioners, told nothing is wrong, or just feel like nobody has actually explained what’s going on in your body I see you and I’m here for you. This is about decreasing fear & dependency. DM me or hit the link in bio if you’re ready for that kind of conversation in your chiropractic visits🫡✨💌
