🇺🇸4th of July Social🇺🇸
On a day that’s meant for celebrating with family and friends, you all had endless choices of where you could have been. You could have slept in. You could have gone straight to the lake, the barbecue, go for a hike, played golf or simply stayed at home watching the World Cup.

Instead...you chose to be here.

You chose to spend three hours working hard, laughing, cheering each other on, and making memories together. Not because you had to, but because somewhere along the way, Forever Strong became more than a place to work out.
It became home.

People often think what we build here is strength, endurance, or fitness. Those things matter, but they’re not what make this place special. What makes this place special is that strangers become friends, friends become family, and somewhere in the middle we realize we’ve found people who show up for us—inside and outside these walls.

Today wasn’t about scores, times, or who stood at the top of the leaderboard. We will forget this shit by this Wednesday. What we will remember is the laughter between workouts, the encouragement when someone wanted to quit, the hugs, the conversations, the kids running around, and the feeling that we belonged.

That’s what real friends and family look like.

I hope every single one of you knows that you’ve given me far more than I’ll ever be able to give back. Thank you for trusting me, believing in this place, and allowing me to be part of your lives. It is a privilege that I never take for granted.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing us today.

More importantly, thank you for choosing each other.

I love this community. I love this family.
❤️🤍💙

-Murph 2026-

Why do we love each other? Because after watching someone do Murph voluntarily way too early for a day off of work, sweat through three shirts (Adrian, Geoff, Mitch), lose feeling in their arms (Geoff once again), and still say “that was fun” (Fiona for some reason)… you realize those are your kind of people.

Murph isn’t about setting records. It’s about getting together with friends and community to do a workout none of us would EVER do alone.
It’s 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and 1,000 moments of “whose bullshit idea was this?” The beauty of Murph is nobody cares about your time. We’re all moving at the same speed eventually: slow.

Nothing builds friendship faster than shared suffering, bad rep counting, “cobra” pushups, 3/4 squats, and hearing “only 87 push-ups left” from someone who clearly failed math (Ariana and Juno).

Murph reminds us it’s not about records or competition. It sure as hell is not about the leaderboard (EVER)! It’s about showing up together, laughing through the pain, and realizing community is just a bunch of exhausted people choosing to struggle side by side. I love you MF’ers so very much.

🎨🖌️🖼️ Art, then design. We’re a design studio, but our products are created as an art form and are an extension of our intuition. 🔮

We had so much fun at “Fika” with @basedgeneralstore!Seeing everything come to life and watching everyone interact with our scarves, flower mirrors and the samples of our eyewear collection brings us joy and lets us know we’re heading in the right direction with product that aligns with the home, body, and soul❤️

We’ll be popping back out soon 👀

At long last, the wrapping paper has come down and the time for the big reveal is here. Time for you all to meet @basedgeneralstore a project we have been assisting with for the last 6 months that is ready to see the light of day. It is part cafe, part breakfast and brunch spot, part flower shop, part market and general store slinging @dearfranciscoffee full time, all day every day.
It’s time for you to go pay them a visit, I think you’re going to be good friends.
@jadejoseph @jamesurbane have souped up the coffee program with @lamarzocco.usa @malkoenig.official @acaiacoffee and a lot more to bring you one of the best offerings in town. Much more to share about crafting this drink menu and collaborating with Chef Eric and the team to come, but for now, get after it.
