Let me introduce you to my sweet friend and my trainer, Jade!
Swipe ⬅️ to see just one of my increases in weight I've reached while training with Jade! 💪
My upper body {and especially arms} have always been my weakest. And when I started back in the gym regularly last year, I could only do half... HALF... of that 25 lb. dumbbell when training biceps or triceps. 💪
But y'all - this week I used this 25! I LOVE picking up heavier and heavier weight, consistently seeing results and getting stronger! @jadekrauss challenges me at every workout and doesn't let me take it easy - in a nice way though. 😉
I'm so thankful for the relationship we have built and she keeps me accountable (whether she knows it or not) to show up even when I don't feel like it. I can't wait to see what this year brings in results and more accomplishments in the gym!
💪
Btw... isn't she like woah gorgeous?! 😍 ...So easy to listen to what my trainer says when she looks like that and she is ✨goals✨ ▪
