Happy Birthday to our Jade! 🥳🩷

If you know Jade, you know she’s truly the heart of the gym. She’s bubbly, sweet, always making people feel welcome, and somehow keeps everything together.

She coaches, she handles business, she supports the team, and she makes sure Crowned stays #1. 👑🥊 So much of what she does happens behind the scenes, but it never goes unnoticed.

Jade, we love and appreciate you more than you know. Thank you for everything you do for the gym and for always bringing that beautiful energy with you.

Happy Birthday, Jade!
We hope today you get spoiled the way you deserve! 🎂🩷👑

Not your typical work day. ☕️🕺🏽

Somehow work led us to a coffee rave 😂

Set up the stretch table for @crownedboxing , met some great people, and got to be part of the vibe.

Shoutout to @earlybirdz.club for having us! 🙌🏽

See you at the next one. ☕️

A random Wednesday. A life I’m grateful for.

Every day is a little different, and that’s what makes it fun.

Busy doesn’t bother me when I’m doing what I love with the people I love 🫶🏽

One weekend. A whole lot of memories. 👊

Friday: @hiforrest concert. 🎶
Saturday: Morning coaching at the gym, then cheering on @_khachatryan_57 as he moved to 4-0 as a professional. 🥊
Sunday: @crownedboxing Beach Day—running, sparring, and getting our team ready for competition. 🌊

It’s been go, go, go, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Grateful for the people, the experiences, and the journey. Here’s to making more weekends like this. 👑

The workout ends. The community doesn’t. 👑

Some of the best moments happen outside the gym.

Getting our steps in to the Hollywood sign, enjoying the views, and spending time with incredible people.

That’s the #CrownedBoxing community 🥾☀️

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. 🍕

You don’t have to give up your favorite foods—you just have to make them differently.

Tonight’s menu: homemade healthy pizza. 🍕❤️
