happy birthday to me!
this past year of life has truly been amazing. i am so thankful for each and every one of you, your love, your support, and encouragement. thank you from the bottom of my heart. i learned to really love myself this last year and i can’t wait to keep going, and keep enjoying this short and beautiful career. i feel so emotional today reflecting on everything that 27 brought me, looking at God in thanks, in awe and in gratitude for what’s to come. Day 365. A year ago I was watching The Nutcracker so proud of my colleagues and hating every second not performing. This year was full of accomplishments. From making all my milestones of recovery, to finding my voice in new ways, to choreographing for the first time, to returning to the stage and making it through every run healthy and whole, to falling in love with me, to traveling outside the country and to finding the deepest connection with God i’ve had thus far in my life. It was not the easiest but what year is? I have so many to thank for being apart of my life in the ways you are. Thank you for your support, laughter, love, lessons you intentionally teach me and one’s you don’t know you’re teaching me, grace, and time. I love you all, happy new year!

9 months ago today I had my ACL and meniscus repair with an IT band reinforcement. Today 7/20/22, 9 months post-op, I AM CLEARED TO RETURN TO WORK!

To say i’m thrilled and excited is an understatement! It has been a long journey and i’m very grateful for this process and my team who have helped me along the way through your love support and coaching! I can’t wait to start next season and get back to performing!

Last week I completed my last round of strength testing and the left tested 4% HIGHER than the right! My goal the last four weeks was to get them even and I surpassed my goal!!

I will be continuing strength training as well as BFR!

happiest day of my life besides you being born! I am so proud of you I can’t explain it! it is amazing to see the woman you’re growing into. you’re such a force to be reckon with and I can’t wait to see what you do in the world. keep shining and showing them why they’ll never be able to put you down. i’ve always felt like you were MY baby so seeing you make this milestone brings nothing but the stupidest smile to my face AND you’re my built in God given bestfreind.
