It's such an honour to be featured on @globalnews / @globaltv / @morningshowca this month in recognition of ADHD and Autism Awareness Month.

I had the opportunity to join @jadenll to talk about something so important: ADHD, autism, and the importance of building greater understanding and acceptance of neurodivergent individuals.

Because…

Awareness is a starting point, not the finish line.

And.

Acceptance means more than simply knowing neurodivergence exists. It means creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, respected, and supported as they are.

At Blue Sky Learning, we believe:

Neurodivergent individuals deserve support that honours their unique needs, strengths, and experiences.

Learning should feel supportive, not stressful.

And every brain deserves understanding, acceptance, and the opportunity to thrive without having to hide who they are.

This month is an opportunity to raise awareness about ADHD and autism, challenge misconceptions, and recognize the diverse ways people think, learn, and experience the world. But acceptance and meaningful support need to extend far beyond October.

Here's to more awareness.

Here's to more acceptance.

Here's to a world where neurodivergent individuals are supported, affirmed, and celebrated for who they are.

Just left the tech rehearsal for @timeto_rally tomorrow and thought I would take a second to reflect on what I have been doing leading up to RALLY’s second year! (Long overdue post)

First off, none of this would have been possible without the insanely talented and generous founders and people I am proud to call friends, @brigittetruong and @keithwallace10.

Starting off, last month I was on a panel with Brigitte and @jyuen18 on digital wellness at @nrth.ca.

Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of joining Keith on BT (@breakfasttelevision) alongside @timbolen! On set, we had @rick_campanelli, Brigitte, and my forever supporter, @ambermac!

This past Friday, I was on @globalnewsto with Brigitte and the incredibly sweet @jadenll! @chrisaarondick cheered me on from behind the camera and is the photographer behind most of these photos!

Now the only thing left to do is RALLY itself! Such an honour to be on the Youth Advisory Board of such an important and impactful event! Can’t wait!!!!!

The Day of Pink INSPIRE Tour brings Canadian queer and trans history off the page and onto the stage.
