My longest serving client. The results are absolutely insane. Over 5 stone down now. From training together in the parks in Covid, in the rain, in the snow, in the sun, then in the gym, then we still found a way when you lived abroad and of course since you came back. We’ve done it all and you’ve stayed consistent throughout. This is what it gets you. Well done JP💪🙌

Don’t get me wrong this post is to show off the transformation we’ve achieved. But furthermore to remind JP just how far she has come. We can get caught up in always wanting more or wanting to do better. But actually sometimes reflect on the success and be happy with progress made!

Some of my proudest work has been with JP. Watching her increase gym confidence, to better relationship with food, turning into one of the most creative high protein low cal recipe makers I have ever seen! Along with becoming independent training in the gym. It’s been an amazing few years!

I could continue. But I’ll save it for the next post of JP which will be a training video stay tuned for that one! Please show JP some love in the comments 💪❤️🧨
