The moon is waning 🌖 and filming on The Wolf has wrapped, we're moving into the next phase of development, but stay tuned as we can't wait to share this story with you 🎥 The Wolf is an upcoming short film that uses the metaphor of Lycanthropy to explore experiences of Endometriosis, a chronic and painful condition that effects at least 1 in 10 people born with a womb 🎗️ If you're able to support this film and help us build the conversation around Endometriosis, we would be so greatful!! Head to our website 🔗 ⬆️ or comment "wolf" below! 🐺 Partnered with @endosouthcoast #shortfilm #endometriosis #endoawareness #chronichealth #1in10

Some random shots in random order to remember this August - a month when I didn't get a single artistic job, but was constantly reminded that experiencing life with all your heart is essential for all artistic souls 🧡 So, cheers to morning runs, coffees and matchas, balloons in the air, laughter with friends, sunrises and sunsets, self exploration, sex, quiet moments, books, Shakespeare, momentum crushes and thousands of new ideas.

The Wolf Day 5 🎥 The full moon has risen, her transformation begins 🎗️ On the last day of filming we shot the defining element of Endometriosis, the pain, the full body take over that leaves at least 1 in 10 born with a uterus struggling/ unable to function 🌙 Endometriosis desperately needs more attention and funding, if you are able to support this film and help raise awareness we would be so greatful. Check out our website 🔗⬆️ or the pinned comment If you or someone you know needs support with Endometriosis, check out our community partner @endosouthcoast 🐺 Cast and Crew @dannie.dart @imogenlilley @jades_perspective @kate.chinnock @the_pedantic_painter @kiyankhastar #shortfilm #endoawareness #endometriosis #endowarrior #fullmoon

Casting directors don’t just cast talent anymore… They cast visibility too. When actors submit on Spotlight, their Instagram is often one click away. Your social media becomes part of your personal brand. It shows: • Personality • Professionalism • Consistency • Audience connection A strong Instagram can help casting see: Your look & range Behind-the-scenes work Current projects How engaged your audience is Even with incredible talent, being invisible online can make you easier to overlook. You don’t need millions of followers. You need a profile that feels active, authentic, and aligned with your career. Your Instagram is no longer “extra.” For actors, it’s part of the casting package.
