I am HER and SHE is my BACKBONE Tour…. Well that’s what we called it!!! To travel and stay in a house with 13 women is unheard of for many but a norm for us!!! We love hard, grind hard, laugh together and cry together!!! When one hurts, we all hurt!!! Time together we desire but time to hold our sister up after losing her mom is a must!!! I love each one of you and thank you for loving me, knowing me and dealing with my crazy time hacks and planning!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 God granted us time, make it worth it!!!

There aren’t many people that you can spend 7 straight days with and never miss a beat of time!!! This Family Vacation from North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Louisiana and Orlando to the Bahamas was everything!!! We had so many moments but lived in it and never really recorded or took pictures! That made me realize the moment is everything!! Special thanks to my Sis Yoly for dealing with all of us through planning🤣🤣🤣🤣!!!! #FamilyFirst #RoyalCaribbean

To Alpha Kappa Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. : Thank you for one of the greatest opportunities of my life. With this being the return of the pretty boys back on the yard it was a pleasure being able to be in the Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarship Pageant. This has given me 8 amazing pageant sister. And an amazing connection with the brothers of the Alpha Kappa chapter. This opportunity put me in an uncomfortable position that empowered me and gave me more self confidence ❣️. Y’all are truly the most Noble, Unified, Profoundly, Exquisite (N.U.P.E) men I ever met🥹❤️.

To my pageant sisters: Getting to know each of you has been a highlight of my senior year. The late night practices, food outings, parties and more have made my bond with y’all dear to my heart. I love each and every one of yall soooo much. I pray God keeps yall in my life and our sister bond grows over the years ❤️‍🔥🥹

So proud of these men and women for what they accomplished today. In the D1 history of our program, this is our first podium on both the men and women’s side. We also have our most All-MEAC performers ever. Accolades aside, these are great student-athletes who were locked into the mission all year. It’s only ⬆️ from here.

SCHOOL RECORD ALERT 🚨 : For the first time in school history North Carolina Central University’s Women’s Cross Country Team finished 3rd place 🥉.

This team features three All-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Performers including Rachel Ozio (2nd place)🥈, Laila Jackson (9th place) 🏅and Gianna Marquez (13th place) 🏅.

At the NCCU MEAC XC Championship Media Day📸, the athletes share their anticipation about the upcoming championship meet 🏆.

These ladies were ready to rock and did some things that was never done at NC Central. First time in our D1 history, we had 4 girls run in the 20 minutes or lower. Also one of our girls was just 1 second shy of breaking the school record. Lastly, this was our lowest team average we ever had.

I love all of you so so so much and I am so proud of y’all!! I know that we will all do great things in life. I won’t ever forget all the memories made in high school. I am always here if any of y’all need anything and what can I say even a global pandemic couldn’t stop us ❤️Class of 2022❤️
