The setup at the @hoianpole studio in Vietnam was amazing!!!!! One of the most beautiful place I went to. Obviously, the experience is even better when you’re in good company.

Now that I’m back home after 3 weeks in Asia,
Prepare to have your timelines flooded.

This retreat is extra special to me because of how fast it sold out and how scared I was to go live with this destination.

This is the perfect example of be scared, but DO IT ANYWAY! Our intuition is always in the background guiding us yet we search high and low for answers that we already inherently have.

All we have to do is take time out to be present and still. 💜

Thank you universe for this beautiful reminder of how powerful WE are.🙏🏾

I’m the luckiest person in the world because I got to meet such beautiful, amazing people who share the same passion as I do. I’m getting emotional as I board my first flight back home. I love you all!!

The Flaunters did not come to play for the final dinner 🤏🏽🔥‼️

It’s with the heaviest heart that I say see you later to our Flaunters from the Vietnam retreat. 😭

For the last 7 days we poled, explored and went on exciting adventures together. You came with an open heart and because of that, beautiful friendships were formed while others continued to blossom.

18 of you trusted me enough to fly halfway across the world to a destination you probably would have never considered on your own.

You believed in me and you believed in @Fit2Flaunt and for that I could never say Thank You enough.

Thank you for being brave enough to say yes, Thank you for showing up fully and giving this experience everything you had and thank you for being a part of this community 🫶🏽.

For those that don't know I also have a ten year old daughter. I met her for the first time this week. We went on a Disney cruise and every second of it was amazing. She's so smart,funny, and beautiful.

Miami Carnival '25 was a success. I had a blast. I made new lifelong friends. And I'm still blue. Carnival owes me nothing. See you next year!
