For the ones who take care of us. 🤍

This one is personal. My mom is an ICU nurse, my uncle is a fire captain who served in Iraq, and my aunty was a police officer. I hear and witness the struggle, and it’s why I’m doing this work.

Police, fire, EMS, nurses, hospital staff, dispatchers, and our active and retired military carry the weight of our communities every single day. Here in Hawaiʻi, they’re doing it while short-staffed, in the state with the highest cost of living, and with limited support on our island.

A note on where I am: I don’t have my credentials yet. I’m in the middle of my Master’s in Sport & Performance Psychology, in hopes of helping our first responders within our communities. I just wanted to make my presence known in the consulting community.

If you serve, I see you, and thank you. Know someone who does? Share this with them, and thank your local first responders this week.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 any time. Veterans, press 1 after dialing.

I’ve been waiting a long time to share this piece of my heart with you all. 🤍🧠

As many of you know, this space has always been my home for fitness, bodybuilding, and the physical grind. But building a stronger body is only half the battle cause if your head isn’t right, staying strong under pressure is tough.

In the middle of my undergrad, while balancing life as a full-time student-athlete thousands of miles away from home, I faced deep personal loss and grief. I hit rock bottom and couldn’t find the help I needed. That experience shaped my entire “why.”

I am so proud to finally announce my next chapter currently in my studies as a future sport and performance psychology consultant and future certified mental performance consultant, from Hilo, Hawal’i. With my Bachelor’s in Psychology and in the middle of my ongoing Master’s studies, I wanted to make my consulting side known to you all, my mission is to help athletes, first responders, military personnel, and everyday performers build real inner strength from the inside out.

Thank you for being here and growing with me through every season of this journey. This is just the beginning. ✨

Just a few of the many moments captured @dna_glute_lab with @carriegallic_ifbbpro
It took me 2yrs to plan a trip from Seattle to Eugene OR to work with Carrie specifically. She’s been a point person for NPC shows in the PNW since I started competing in 2017. I’m so appreciative for your guidance, passion for the sport, want for every competitor to win and the extra time you took to make driving all the way here completely worth it!! @nichole_costarella & @jenneeboyd you’re the best roadtrip buddies ever!
Extra thank you to @carolynhudsonharris for spending your time with us as well! I’m honored to have your input and shared passion for the sport and presentation!!
