Today’s the day! 🥰 Finally ready to get to share the Plumeria Pilates studio with clients! I went into this process with the goal of wanting a small manageable space that brought joy to me and others and was somewhere women could feel comfortable learning something new and challenging their bodies and minds. The outcome is something I feel really blessed by and the perfect complement to my personal training coaching 😌

I offer 1 on 1 private classical Pilates instruction. My booking calendar will remain private currently but you can inquire to schedule via email, messages, or my contact form on my website!

Small but mighty! The studio is equipped with all classical apparatus including a @gratz_pilates half Cadillac convertible reformer and wunda chair, @legacypilates ladder barrel, spine corrector and small barrel and @pilates_designs pedi-pole.

A private 1 on 1 space means no distractions, fear of judgement and getting undivided personal direction and attention

Pilates is so much more than just mat and reformer! Classical has an entire integrated system that works together across multiple apparatus (equipment.)

If I’m being honest, my timeline faced a few set backs..I surrendered to the process however and by chance noticed in my camera roll that today is actually my exact 8 year anniversary of deciding to leave my corporate personal training job at Equinox and freelance for the first time out of contractor studio gym spaces in Boston. A very Proverbs 16:9 moment - the heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.

you don’t become the best version of you by waiting until you’re ready.

you become that person by doing the things that scare you. by being a beginner. by showing up when you don’t feel like it. by being willing to fail, learn, adapt, and try again.

the same goes for your fitness.

you don’t need to have it all figured out to start. you don’t need the perfect schedule, the perfect body, or the perfect level of confidence. you just need to be willing to start where you are and commit to becoming better.

stop waiting to become the best version of yourself, and start building now.

and if you’re ready to do that, let’s work.

DM me “BUILD” to get started.
