This morning I had the opportunity to check out the sports analysis lab at Seton Hall Universities Interprofesional Health Sciences Campus.
.
.
.
Using the 3D motion analysis, we were able to track our subjects cadence while running at different intensities, track body symmetry, and analyze her running form.
.
.
.
While this is a more advanced professional setup that majority of people will not get to do, it is important to keep our bodies functioning in a symmetrical manner. Muscular imbalances can lead to non-functional movement and later on serious injuries.
.
.
.
Thank you @jae_serenity for being a subject this morning!! DM me “RUN” to learn more about the 3D motion lab
