There is a reason we’ve been able to help 100% of our graduating catchers continue on to play college softball.

It isn’t because we have a secret drill.

It isn’t because we magically coach more talented athletes.

And it certainly isn’t because we throw every catcher through the exact same program.

It’s because we follow a proven development SYSTEM.

Too many catching programs hand families a library of drills and say...

“Here’s what to work on… hope it works! 🤞”

But that isn’t coaching. (Or it certainly isn’t OUR style of coaching)😂

Real coaching is knowing which skills deserve your catcher’s attention right now, why they matter in this phase she’s currently in, and how they’ll prepare her for what’s coming next.

Inside of our Gear Up Catching Academy™ every founding catcher begins with a Catcher Skill Audit.

We 1️⃣ identify exactly where she is in her development.

Which 2️⃣, helps us determine what needs immediate attention right now so she’s prepared for what she needs to master next.

And finally 3️⃣… we inject ourselves into her world so, hand in hand, we can guide her through a PROVEN roadmap that develops her physical skills, Game IQ, mindset, and leadership one phase at a time.

A proven pathway we are able to replicate year.. after year.. after YEAR.

Because the goal isn’t just to give your catcher another workout.

The goal is to help her become the most complete version of herself behind the plate…
Every step of the way.

And THAT’S the difference.

💛 Comment ACADEMY below, and we’ll send you everything you need to know about the Gear Up Catching Academy™ and how our proven development system has helped more than 1,500 catchers train with purpose, grow with confidence, and continue progressing year after year.
