These are the moments that remind me how blessed I am to do what I do.
Seeing each of you go through ups and downs in life and training and still getting back up with grace to push through, show up and show out is such blessing I am immensely grateful to God for.
It’s such a privilege to coach all of you and I’m looking for to continue walking with you to even greater wins.

Here are there Meet Day Highlights:

First powerlifting meet in the books. I’m really proud of myself for stepping on the platform and pushing the numbers that I did. For a long time this was just something I was working toward, so being able to actually compete feels crazy in the best way.

All glory to God for giving me the strength, discipline, and the opportunity to even be here. None of this happens without Him.

Huge thank you to my coach for guiding me through this whole prep and believing in me every step of the way. And to my mom for not only supporting me but competing with me too… that meant everything.

Thank you to everyone who came out, checked in on me, or showed love today. The support really meant a lot. This is just the beginning. 🫶🏾💪🏾

I also got to meet some really cool people today, which made the experience even better 🥰

First and foremost we would like to thank all of you 2020 seniors for taking the time out your night last night to come hang with us. This event was put together to show our appreciation to you seniors. With all that’s going on we wanted to find a way to make each of you feel special. Last night was nothing but a success, the whole event planned out exactly how we wanted. I’m glad we were able to assist in making your senior year memorable. I hope you all take away some knowledge and use it in your every day lives. This group is filled with doctors, entrepreneurs, trainers, heart surgeons, and plenty more. If you didn’t take anything way from last nights event I want you to remember this..... “Being authentic and true to yourself is what got you here, don’t let becoming something you’re not take away from what your are truly meant to be.”
