Did a thing at @longchamp recently —

Created a piece using watercolour and collage techniques inspired by the work of @caroline.helain

Chose colours that reminded me of my time living in Switzerland — mountains, lake, city

Styling session by @salinachai

cute food

a look i didn’t wear

A super cute canvas tote that fits work stuff. Personalised it with a necklace that will be dropping on my webstore soon (!!)

Apparently the green striped set is a collab with Thomas Heatherwick!

Our wedding decor & styling:

Our signage was a riff on the song "The Moon Represents My Heart," with a depiction of us dancing on a crescent moon, basking in the glow of our wedding night. 🌙 Surrounded by draping jasmine & lilies on pillars that were reminiscent of our church venue, with our little fluff joining us in loving memory 🥹 @jaeyyelle did such an amazing job 🤍

We then used the artwork on our tea favor labels and pastry boxes for our guests! In my extra era, I also designed custom labels for film cameras to capture the day.

Grateful to @icelemontea @askjoanna for helping me with my table decor. Couldn’t have done this without both of you and @barbaaron @gabrieltzy @nigelpoop for helping out!

Surreal to see in print and in digital, excited to share that we made it on Vogue in my city. My feature with @voguesingapore today discussing how I started in the Arts, a day in my life and essentially a message to the younger version of me. It’s proof that there’s way more room for fashion & illustrators to fill.

“Having fun with my work creates a sense of chaos, but there is novelty and authenticity in that,” offers Jolene Tan, better known by her online moniker Fakejol. Joined by @thejontan and @jaeyyelle, the three fashion illustrators are part of a growing landscape of Singapore’s eclectic visual arts scene—each one distinctively associated with their own aesthetic. Speaking to #VogueSingapore, the triptych takes us through their kaleidoscopic worlds; of their inspirations; staying true to their artistry; and what play means to them. The full read, now in our November ‘Play’ issue and in the link in bio.

☀️☀️☀️ Here comes the sun! & let’s face it - we’re never gonna get our planet to cool down, so instead of hiding indoors and blasting our Aircons which lead to even more emissions, why don’t we figure out innovative ways to tackle the heat and maybe even look kinda stylo while we do so??

@hotbodies.tmr by @with.anak aims to do just that, and features exploratory works of fashion, in collaboration with creative forces like @jean_jullien , @greater.goods/ @jaimus_ , @harri_ks and @tanchenstudio, just to name a few.

There’s also an emporium stocked with cool AF merch and you’ll want to nab a SPICY NUGGET tee before it goes out of stock! It’s a kids tee but a size L fits most of the ladies in the agency just fine!

After you’ve shopped up a storm, hit up the hydration bar serving up MOOM infused drinks, both spiked and not, and you can chill out even further by adding some @bopgelato to the mix! (The spiked coconut sorbet version is my fav!)

Come check out the exhibition at @newbahru School Hall on L2, which runs all the way till Dec 28th and check out their lineup of workshops and talks which happen every weekend till then. More info over at @hotbodies.tmr ! ☀️☀️☀️
