Just as I was about to go to sleep, I saw this orange light outside my room, and I was like, wait a minute, what's that?

Then i recalled reading about the Supermoon. Now as much as I suspected it to be - but it was actually the wildfires in North America which gave it that orange tint.

Tripod, super telephoto setup, shot for about 45 mins to get the shot. The colour did diminish a bit, but was still more yellow / orange than normal.

The only time I have ever seen this Orange was in Namibia, and that was also due to the orange dust lingering in the air!

Refined sugar & gluten (grain) free chocolate fudge (courgette) cake. You can tell my sister is coming to visit! 😂. Not my usual type of bake but this is a belated celebration cake for @jag2thac

This is an epic recipe by @thebigmansworld

The key to getting the sponge light & soft are the shredded courgettes. I sweetened the cake with natural erythritol. The frosting is made with whipped coconut cream and 70% organic dark chocolate.

It’s a fab alternative to the traditional choc fudge cake.

Happy Wednesday ❤️
