These boys ending their season with some serious work. Many thanks to our guest coaches and trainers today, @craigmelton who led a fantastic session first thing this morning. 🌞⚽️ Don’t be fooled by @fitmastervic fun-nature boxing workout, this was a serious workout. 🥊

Yoga instructor @moni.cares (a.ka. Secret weapon) helped our kids recover from the morning and get ready for the afternoon training with another great Yoga session. 🧘‍♀️ Last but definitely not least, our afternoon coaches @olimendoza14 and @yordany_alvarez (a.ka. The dynamic duo) wrapped things up with another fantastic, high-intensity workout. ⚽️😰 Of course, our soccer director Paul Shaw leading the way this week and the entire year with exceptional leadership. This doesn’t happen with coach Shaw!
If you can’t make it this week, our July camps will be epic! 💪🏼 #morethansoccer #yogarocks #characteriseverything #ussda #orlandoyouthsoccer #orlandocityda #orlandocityecnl #globalimagesports #atleticomadridcamp #wolverhamptonwanderers #globalpremiersoccer #rushsoccerda #rushsoccer #ideasports #fkkecnl #southorlandosoccerclub
