There’s nothing we can’t do

If there’s one thing i’ve learned living in Austin, and being surrounded by creatives, it’s this. We truly have everything we need as a community to create everything we want to see in this world. It simply takes an idea and being vulnerable enough to share your idea with others, and knowing how to ask for help when needed. The important part is believing in yourself and finding the right people to help you. People who love you and your idea as much as you do will be there to support you and help you bring your idea to life. I’ve seen this enough times, and in enough ways to believe it.

There are some really good, generous, kind, talented, and resourceful people and groups who are actively creating, curating, and fostering a creative community for and with those around them. It’s an incredible reminder of what we can create and accomplish together when we lean on each other respectfully.

Thank you all for spreading love and creativity in your own ways.

Let’s build a world we want to see together as a community.

Somewhere between heaven and hell

Woke up around midnight to a vivid dream. A beautiful swan tip toes out of the shadows of a dark frigid room. Stylish creatures of the night pours in and fills up the space between us. A deep rhythmic sound thumps into our chest and moves us for the next 4 hours.

This was one of the most fun and entertaining nights i’ve had in a club. It was full of music, art, fashion, and dancing nonstop. The smoke breaks in the alleyway was the perfect place to rest and people watch. There you’ll find some of the coolest street cats in the city.

Huge shout out to @locketfux for throwing one of my favorite events of the year, @priorwaste @eternalemporiumm and @kandy.usa for designing outfits that caught my eye, and @almostheaven for playing an intoxicating show that almost sent me to heaven.
