Whatup!!! | Summer Dump
New Chapter of life is starting.
I don’t want to go yap too much, want the posts to speak for themselves. This summer has been amazing. The Lord has revealed to me so much and changed my heart a ton. I have never been more dedicated to take care of myself in all aspects of life, and look forward to glorifying Jesus in the way I post content. I’m still deciding how I’m gonna post and if I’ll make a YouTube, etc. But for sure coming back: Workout videos, Workouts, form tips, training splits, meals, daily habits/self care, supplements, and any other help or knowledge I can share.

1-2: My Day 1 homie @jaice_minier. We’re both on the grind pursuing Christ making each other better in all aspects. Love him.

3: I love caffeine @reignbodyfuel
4-5: Self Care. Prioritized Sunlight, sleep, proper nutrition more than ever this summer
6: Harper dog is the Sweetest girl.
7: 6 Year Transformation-Tik Tok Trend
8: Banger-fav song rn
9: Just jokes(👀🤷‍♂️)
10: Great message
11: I like this outfit

12: MY LIGHT LEG WORKOUT- If you want juicy legs and glutes, try it out.

13: Another real video. Eat Carbs before you lift!! Peanut Butter bagel with some honey is my go to.
14-17: I love Jesus and thought those pictures, videos, and verses really spoke with me. If anyone wants to talk more about Christ is struggling in their walk with him, you can text me or @chaseserves has a lot of great videos. Another best friend of mine, and he has really helped me walk with Christ better.

18: Dexter. My favorite show, and a good show to put on while you try to pound the protein and calories before or after your workouts.
Hopefully you enjoyed this post and could take away something. God Bless.
