Taking time to slow down this year. 🤍

The past three years, I’ve poured almost everything I have into building ARISOFIT. (3 years this past June & haven’t even realized the time)

After college, so many of my closest friends moved away, and instead of slowing down and figuring out what life looked like outside of work, I just… worked. 24/7. I answered the phone at any hour, said yes to everything, had very few boundaries, and was constantly thinking about what was next — how to grow, how to improve, how to stay ahead in such a saturated industry.

And I’m incredibly proud of what that hustle created.
Year 3. A six-figure business. Built by me, supported by you, from the ground up. 🤍

But the funny thing is, I was so focused on the next goal that I never actually stopped to realize how much I had already accomplished.

This year brought a lot of changes in my personal life, too. A huge breakup, learning how to be on my own again, making some incredible new friends, traveling more, and really figuring out who I am outside of my work.

For the first time in a long time, I’m learning that life doesn’t have to be all hustle.

I want to take care of my mental health.
I want to calm my nervous system.
I want better boundaries.
I want to travel, make memories, nurture friendships, fall in love with life, and actually enjoy the life I’ve worked so hard to create.

I’m only 25, and I get to wake up every day and do something I genuinely love — while building it alongside all of you.

That is something I will never take for granted.

ARISOFIT will continue to grow, but this year, I’m learning that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to appreciate how far you’ve already come.

Always good to be back on this special place that we get to call home. So grateful that we are able to take vacations to refuel our bodies and mind.
Love spending time with family and friends and connecting to the ocean 🌊.
Haven’t surfed Teahupo’o in a long time and happy to have been able to catch some waves and visions.

Praise God for providing us with this beautiful gift that’s growing everyday in the womb of the person that God sent me.
Our covenant is growing and it wouldn’t have been possible without God’s faithfulness and Love for us.
Grateful for all of the support that He sends us to best prepare us for the arrival of baby Yan 🥰.
My wife has been so amazing and strong especially while I was in bootcamp. She trusted in God, knew He is comforting, loving, caring, walking with us everyday.

When I see @jaidynyan with children, I know she will be the best mother ever 🥰. We’re so excited to bring you into this world and get to hold you in our arms ❤️
