R E M O V A L • A black removal is one of the hardest color corrections and it took me years to be able to completely master them. She had a bunch of build up in her hair because she used Pantene , this build up if your not knowledgeable of it can have a Terrible reaction with the lightener . Thanks to our consultation i knew how to go about it . We first went ahead with @malibu ddl then clarified shampooed her hair . We then applied only 10 volume with lightener open air . She lifted to orange and spotty . Therefore we then toned her down to a level 7 and gave her this gorgeous brown base.

Again if you are not experienced with this type of color corrections as a stylist simply say no . A strand test was performed two weeks prior service . Time 5 hours .
