UNISONORIUM× JAK EVOM
Na Hradbách Samoty uvedie Jak Evom autorskú performance Vedomie objektu so živým soundtrackom zoskupenia Unisonorium.

Prepája performance, objekt, pohyblivý obraz, divadlo a zvuk. Skúma vzťahy medzi telami a objektmi, identitu, spoločenské štruktúry, moc a hranice.

At Hradby Samoty, Jak Evom presents his original performance Vedomie objektu (The Consciousness of an Object), with a live soundtrack by Unisonorium.

Blindfolded. Barefoot. Oil on the floor. Limbs tethered with steel cables. The body encounters an object that is a partner, an obstacle and a witness. The material resists, leaving marks on the body and revealing a fragile boundary between intention and harm.

“What draws us into an endless vigil over the suffering of a machine we respond to with human emotion?”

Jak Evom (Jakub Užovič) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Bratislava. His practice spans performance, objects, moving image, theatre and sound, exploring relationships between bodies and objects, identity, social structures, power and boundaries.

Unisonorium is a Slovak music collective formed in 2026 while creating the soundtrack for the performance “Sorry we didn’t respond earlier”. It builds large-scale metal electroacoustic instruments with focus on inertia, mechanics, resonance and gargantuan sounds.

SORRY WE DIDN'T RESPOND EARLIER

Premiered 3. 3. 2026

A theatre-dance performance about externalized authority, dispersed power and the way it inscribes itself into bodies, relations and everyday life.

The characters move from worship of a higher entity, through the illusion of collective equality, toward fragmentation into individual desires, conflicts and manipulations. Power has no face; it is dispersed through gazes, movements, technologies and silence.

————————————————————————————-

I think the time has come for my first SHOWREEL.
It’s already been 5 years since I found myself in the director’s chair.
A lot of work, a lot of learning, a lot of stories.
Here’s a little piece of it.
Huge thanks to everyone who’s been a part of the journey🙏
