🏋️ METRO EAST GYM TOUR | EP. 01

💬 What’s your favorite gym in the Metro East? I’m looking for my next stop!

There are some great places around our communities, and even better people behind them. I figured it was time to start sharing a few.

First up, Wolff Pack Performance in Bethalto.

I’ve followed what Jake Wolff has been building for a while. I participated in a Murph workout here back in 2025, but this week I stopped in to support a breast cancer fundraiser and get a lift in.

And this place is impressive.

It’s clean, spacious, well-equipped, and has a setup that works just as well for someone getting in a solo lift as it does for a group ready to get after it.

🏋️ Plenty of racks, benches & free weights
🟢 Large indoor turf training area
🚣 Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs & conditioning equipment
🏃 HYROX training
🔥 Sauna for post-workout recovery
🤝 Group workouts, community events & local fundraisers

I had the place mostly to myself, which I thoroughly enjoyed. But what stood out beyond the facility was getting to catch up with Jake about a recent trail run they hosted and some ideas for future events.

I love seeing local businesses create opportunities for people to get together, challenge themselves, and build community.

That’s what I hope to highlight through this series. Some great places to train, the people behind them, and a little more of what makes the Metro East a great place to call home.

Thanks to Jake and the Wolff Pack crew for having me!

👇 Where should I train next? Tag a gym or someone doing great things in our community!

Love seeing this community show up!
We’re out at Wolfpack’s trail run this morning, raising money for a local woman in our community battling breast cancer.
We’re keeping it going next Sunday, Oct 25th. We’ll be collecting donations for her at run club. Nothing’s required, but any amount helps and means a lot.

And if you grabbed a STRONG shirt from Stassi Chiro, wear it or bring it next Sunday so we can get a group picture!

Shirts are IN!

We partnered with Wolffpack Performance to sell shirts for their October 31st fundraiser. Every year, they raise money for a local woman battling breast cancer, and she doesn’t know she’s been chosen until the day of the event. It’s one of the most special days of the year, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Your shirt is ready for pickup at our office! Stop by and grab it before the 31st so you can wear it to the event.

Cash, check, or Venmo @Kory-Stassi

Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported a woman in our community. Let’s show up for her!

This one matters.

Wolff Pack is putting on a fundraiser for a local individual battling breast cancer, and we’re selling shirts to help support.

Shirts are $35. Comfort Colors

And when we say the money goes to her, we mean ALL of it.
Not the profit after the shirt is paid for.
Every single dollar of your $35 goes directly toward the donation.

Buy a shirt. Support someone in our community who could use it right now.

Please help us make this one count.

Shirts must be ordered by Friday October 2nd.
Send me a message and your size and we will get you one!!

Listen to this🚨🚨🚨🚨
.
Today humbled me really well. During today’s run, it allow me to really sit back and think of why I’m posting these videos is because I want people to understand that it’s OK to be different and set the standard be the person that changes the script get out of your comfort zone and get comfortable with the uncomfortable today was a base run for my half marathon prep and it wasn’t a good one for me today after working a night shift not getting good sleep or recovery. It was hard, but I still found a way to come out here and push myself to be better. The whole goal is to continue to stay consistent so I want you to know that you can do it too. All you have to do is show up every day and put in the work I know you can do it.

SET THE STANDARD AND STAY CONSISTENT
