Definitely missing some key points of this summer but this is a summer I won’t forget. “Count it all joy” is the theme for me for sure. Thanks to everyone for just showing up when I needed you and being a light in the darkness.

James 1:2: Count it all joy. Getting the opportunity to go serve the people of Merida, Mx was truly a blessing. Each and every day consisted of some of the most fulfilling moments of my life. Although I went to serve, I was served. Gabi, Martin, Pedro, Renee, The Red Cross, and each and every person I met were filled with joy and had zero hesitation to serve. They all showed me what love really was, Patient, Kind, Protecting, Trusting, Hoping, and perseverant, and without the Love this week, it wouldn’t have been even close to the same.

God moves in so many powerful ways! Recently I was blessed with the opportunity to serve alongside @goglobalx in Merida, Mexico!! The friendships, the locals, and growing closer with everybody helped me really grasp our theme: Count It All Joy. Thank you to all of the people who made this trip possible, all of the donors thank you truly. Leaders, thank you for the time and sacrifice you guys went through to keep us safe, fed, and entertained. Thank you to all of the friendships made on this trip and beyond; thanks for laughing and creating a really beautiful core memory. The bus rides, buddy talks and VBS helped me grow closer with friends and God. Truly one of the greatest moments of my life and proud to serve with these wonderful people! “Tened por sumo gozo” ~ Santiago 1:2

count it ALL joy!! Being back in Merida, Mexico was such an amazing experience. We got a finish two floors for churches in the community, we got to share the gospel to the local children at vbs, and I built a brand new family with those I got to serve with. God provided a week of worship and love that I will get to cherish for the rest of my life. While there were some ups and downs on the trip (losing my phone in Mexico being a down), I will never forget what an amazing time I had with the Merida team and with the locals who exhibited such love and compassion for people they had never met. I would like to thank every single person who contributed to the mission trip. Whether it was through donations or it was through prayer, this trip happened because of you. This opportunity was one in a lifetime, so with those prayers and donations, I got to experience God in so many different ways! James 1:2

YEAR TWO IN MEXICO!!!!!! Genuinely one of the best weeks ever filled with laughter, joy, and a few mishaps but that helped to shape the trip! I’m so grateful God lead me on this trip for a second year in a row! The friendships with the people on the trip and connections with the people in Mexico are some that I didn’t know that I needed but I am so grateful for them!! The leadership shown on the team was inspiring! Gods presence is so evident in Mexico and his love is everlasting! He has shown up countless times throughout the trip and throughout my life and that shows the truth of his everlasting love!!! ¡Me encanta México!

So insanely happy to say I am confirmed and I’m ready for the Holy Spirit to guide me through it all. I am so grateful for everyone who has supported me through my faith journey and I will forever cherish this day🤍🤍“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
