You don’t get the good without the goodbye.

Choosing to love something means accepting that one day you’ll have to let it go. So after nearly 20 years, it’s time to step away from the sport that’s shaped my life.

I can’t possibly thank everyone who’s been part of this journey, but I’m incredibly grateful for every teammate, competitor, and friend along the way.

The path was never easy, but man would I choose it again every time if given the chance. The butterflies, the pressure, the setbacks, the days you feel unstoppable and the moments it all comes together. I wouldn’t change any of it.

Six members from the men’s team are headed to Georgia✈️

Nick Finch and Noah Millard punched their individual tickets, while Charlie Egeland, Deniel Nankov, Mak Nurkic Kacapor, and Jake Wang will join them as relay swimmers.

The Bulldogs will compete in the 200 Free, 400 Free, 800 Free, 200 Medley, and 400 Medley relays!
