What a great semester!

This fall SGA hosted one of the greatest Hey Days yet, passing out over 11,000 name tags to the student body. We organized block seating for student organizations during home football games and hosted shaker distributions before these home games. SGA put on a successful “Ring Night”, where 618 auburn students received their Auburn Ring. In addition to this we welcomed 54 freshman into SGA as a part of Freshman Forum, and set up mentorships for those freshman within various branches of SGA. Auburn SGA took part in the 74th annual “Better Relation’s Day” where SGA members meet with their counterparts from the University of Alabama to learn from a peer institution and share initiatives and projects we are currently working on. Lastly, we ended the semester passing out donuts and orange juice as encouragement during finals week through our favorite “Up All Night” tradition in the library. We were thrilled to serve Auburn in this capacity this semester along with countless other projects not mentioned here.

It’s been a busy, but great semester! We are so expectant of what the spring semester will bring!

SGA hopes everyone had a great finals week and ended the semester strong!

This week we hosted one of our favorite events “Up All Night” where we passed out almost 200 dozen donuts, along with orange juice and blue books, to students studying for finals. This is one of our favorite traditions and we were happy to have some special guest join us this year.
