Most roads to the closing table are different than others, and this one is no exception and especially rewarding.

I’m grateful to my son, Matthew, and his wife, Elena, for trusting me to represent them in both the recent purchase of their new home and today’s sale of their first home. It is an incredible honor and also very humbling when your own family chooses you, not because you’re family, but because they know how you serve your clients. They have witnessed it from afar and they have experienced it.

I’m equally grateful to Jake Long, the buyer of their first home, for choosing me to facilitate this purchase. Great spot Jake! Lots of memories there and more to come for you. Congratulations for being the first offer in and the winner among multiple offers. 👏

Three individuals. Two sides of the transaction. One shared goal—and everyone is happy. 🏡

This is what I value most about being a REALTOR®: building relationships, earning trust, and putting my people’s interests first.

Thank you, Matthew, Elena, and Jake, for allowing me to be part of these important milestones. I’m truly thankful to you all. 🙏🏼

Always grateful for the trust, confidence and repeat business; it’s very humbling and much appreciated! Thanks also to Faulkner for a seamless loan.

WEEKEND RECAP:

Recognizing Legends and Legends in the Making that define Alabama Athletics 🏆👏

What a weekend for the Crimson Tide past, present, & future! We enjoyed a packed A-Club room pregame and recognitions throughout our membership. We were happy to welcome back and host the legendary 2015 SEC and National Championship team and celebrate their accomplishments!! Additionally, 2024-2025 Individual National Champions, Samuel Ogazi and Doris Lemngole showed off their rings on the field.
