PR WEEK — after 2 months of training

Squat: 265 → 305 (+40 lbs)
Bench: 215 → 250 (+35 lbs)
Deadlift: 295 → 365 (+70 lbs) (355 in first clip then 365 in second clip)
Box jump→ 4 ft 3 in

The progress is something I’m proud of, but I know none of it happens without God. Every time I train is another opportunity to glorify Him. Every bit of strength I gain and every lesson in discipline is a blessing.

trust His timing, stay consistent, and keep working even when the results aren’t immediate.

“Not to us, Lord, not to us but to Your name be the glory.” — Psalm 115:1

All glory to God. The work continues. ✝️
