As promised, here’s a look back at our ‘Festival’ Open Track event from the beginning of May… 🏁 With over 50 guests, 30 cars in attendance, representing 8 car clubs, the afternoon was all about low-pressure track driving, great company, and making the most of everything happening across the @bicestermotion site. Alongside the on-track action, visitors enjoyed behind-the-scenes tours, hands-on workshops with @harryfraservehicleupholstery, exclusive previews from @paddockspeedshop’s upcoming TV show, and insightful conversations with @hagertyuk around their Bull Market list. As one of our key fundraising events, we’re hugely grateful to everyone who made it possible, from Bicester Motion for hosting us on the track, to our brilliant Ambassadors who kept the day running seamlessly, and the incredible specialists across the site who helped bring the whole experience to life. A proper feel-good day and one we’re properly proud of⚡

That was fast. October's Scramble tickets swept up in the blink of an eye! ⚡ After a sun-soaked Scramble on Sunday, tickets for October's event flew out of the traps, and we couldn't be more grateful. The general sale lasted less than 21 hours. Thanks to you all for making the Scramble all that it is! To return the favour we're pulling out the stops for the next one. After celebrating the creation of RAF Bicester at the Scramble in April, the final Scramble of 2026 will mark half a century since station closed its doors in February 1976. It was also a stellar year for cars and ’bikes – James Hunt and Barry Sheene would end the year as world champions, and the Mercedes-Benz W123, BMW 6-Series, Lotus Esprit, Rover SD1 and Porsche 924 all hit the market. All will be celebrated on the Orchard Lawn at the heart of the venue. See you soon. 🎥 @jake_ovington

Bit late to the party on this one, but what a year us Kingsbury Racing Sisters had in 2025! We started off the year trying our hand in Mazda racing and safe to say this isn’t for the faint hearted - many lessons were learnt, including a crash course in heel and toe by our favourite sister @lewis_fox54 - but skills we were able to take into the Bentleys (just had to remember the pedals are the other way round!) - this allowed Anna to blast the Blower to 105.7mph at Goodwood’s Members’ Meeting! The year also saw a new member added to the Kingsbury fleet, the ever trusty and seriously fun 3L, which we were able to take to Le Mans (!!! I mean seriously), hitting 100mph along the Mulsanne Straight as we hand-pumped our fuel and had our first experience at racing in the dark… Later on in the year we got to rag some newly released @jaecoo.uk and @cherycars_uk cars up the famous Goodwood Hill at the Festival of Speed, a different experience for sure but so much fun (hope our passengers enjoyed the screeching tyres and didn’t feel too unwell afterwards) And to top off this incredible year, we drove our favourite DD to France for the Journee D’Automne, where we met some lovely people, arsed about in old cars, and ate and drank our weight in cheese and wine The biggest thanks as ever to our incredible dad @kingsburyracing who not only makes this all possible and trusts us to take to the track (brave) - but he is a dad, team principle, chief mechanic and support crew all rolled into one - and also supplies the best race engines in the business! Thank you also to @lewis_fox54 - we probably aren’t the easiest lot to teach and definitely not overly helpful in fixing the cars, but we are forever grateful for the patience and support - we aren’t quite Lewis Hamilton, but maybe better cinnamon bun chefs at least Over and out from these sisters, and stay tuned for what’s next to come in 2026 🫡 📸 - @r_eaglestone, @shotbyiz and @jake_ovington

The Scramble proved to be a brilliant season opener at Bicester Motion, and Pendine were delighted to contribute both the XJR-15, famously driven by John Watson at Spa in 1991, and the XJR-S, awarded as the prize for victory at Silverstone, as part of the spectacular TWR display of 50 cars celebrating 50 years since the founding of Tom Walkinshaw Racing. It was a privilege to catch up with the incredible people behind the cars synonymous with TWR, including the team who built our XJR-15, and to reunite the car with John Watson himself. A huge thank you to our clients and friends who joined us for what was a chilly but thoroughly enjoyable day.
