The beauty of having a true bond with your brother/sibling 🤝🏽

Most siblings today compete with each other. It’s rare to find a pair of brothers that build together. The way it should be.

Tag your brother ❤️

Four physical goals for 2026.

BROTHERS 🗣️ One goal every three months.

My 4 for 2026 👇🏽
• Sub 54 HYROX Auckland
• Sub 2:50 Hawke’s Bay Half Marathon
• Sub 53 HYROX World Champs at Stockholm
• Sub 2:45 Marathon to close the year

YOUR UP BROTHERS ☝🏽

It can be big or small a 5km run, a 10km time trial, a new lift in the gym, dropping weight, gaining muscle, or simply three months of consistency. Whatever it is, put it down.

Drop your four goals in the comments and tag one brother to carry the momentum forward.
Accountability isn’t pressure it’s power 🔐

A physical goal builds a strong body, strong mind, and a strong life. Bring on 2026 ❤️‍🔥⚔️
