National stage, back-to-back peak weeks, and hardware to show for it. 🏆

Walked away from ICN Nationals in Canberra with 2nd in Men’s Fitness and 3rd in Men’s Physique.

People thought yesterday was an offseason trigger, but we chose to double down instead. Stepping into the toughest lineups in the country and bringing the absolute best conditioning takes an army. Massive thanks to my coach and team @jakehunter_fmgpro @liamm_dunn @knownphysiques for keeping the vision sharp when it mattered most.

Show day dump plenty more to come but let’s start with the main event looking back on this I had an amazing day I looked fucking awesome and I’m super proud of the package I brought to the stage it truly was I believe is wellness and after years of building towards this day I always didn’t think I was big enough for a lot of the time and too see on stage I was being silly is really kinda cool and yes I wanted a crown we do this sport for ourselves though we can’t control the outcome we always want to win it’s natural but I did win with myself!

What’s next idk and that’s okay but for now I want to spend time with the amazing people and celebrate the years it took to get here and then get back into a routine and work on balance 🫶🏽

2nd Place at NBA Men’s Fitness Pro Nationals. 🥈🇦🇺

Brought my absolute best package to date for this pro lineup. Peak week tested every limit, but precision execution was everything.

I don’t quite have the words just yet. I think I need a little time to take it all in, reflect and process everything this journey has been. 🤍

What I do know is that I’m incredibly proud of the physique I brought to this stage. The work, the sacrifices, the highs and lows, and everything it took to get here. There’s so much more behind this moment than what you see in these photos.

For now, I just want to say thank you to the people who helped me get here.

To my coach Tim, thank you for everything. For your guidance, patience and for believing in me throughout this entire process.

To my posing coach Sam, thank you for helping me bring all that hard work to life on stage.

To my bestie Meagan, who has been there every single step of the way. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without you. 🤍

Birthday check in’s feeling different. Now can’t wait to spend the afternoon with the family and relax. Really starting to see some new lines coming through and feeling really good. Even with the 16 hour fasting 🤣🤣. Seeing where I’ve come from to where I am now is absolutely incredible and it’s only getting better. Shoutout @jakehunter_fmgpro for the work he’s putting me through and putting into me it’s definitely working

PEAK WEEK IS HERE. 6 DAYS OUT. 🥣🫐⚡

We made it to the final stretch. Peak week officially begins today, and every single detail from here on out is precision work.

Fueling day 1 of peak week with the staple: warm oats, True WPI 90, fresh blueberries, and almond butter. Keeping the setup clean, consistent, and structured to bring the sharpest package yet to the NBA stage.

The hard grinding is done now we refine, fill out, and bring it home.
