5 week progress! Since July 9th I'm down 14.8lbs from 240.4 down to 225.6 and 1.3% bodyfat. This is the first cut program that I designed totally by myself including the workouts and the nutrition and I am thrilled with the results. There are noticeable increases in muscle definition and the lifts that I did on the program all increased.

The last time I did belted conventional was a 405 AMRAP in December, and before that a yolo PR single of 500 last July. Just imagine if I actually trained it.
