I strive for what I want . My dream became reality therefore I continue to make new dreams to achieve . Never give up, and stay consistent and positive at all times.

Obstacles are just tests to see if you can handle things in rough times . Obstacles are meant to prepare you for the worst to become the best 💪🏻.

Ps: I felt very philosophical in this caption 😎

Finally I’m at 209 pounds ,
As I am shredding, I am putting on a lot of mass , and I can clearly see the transition from when I was 222 till present day.

Currently at 250 grams of protein
80 grams of carbs
40 grams of fat

Here’s a little update on my energy.
MY ENERGY IS OFF THE ROOF. THIS PROVES TO SHOW THAT EVEN IF YOUR IN A CALORIC DEFICIT, YOU CAN STILL WORKOUT SUPER HARD .
HAVE A STRONG MINDSET , AND YOU WILL DO THINGS YOU NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD EVER DO. TELL YOUR MIND THAT ITS JUST A DIET, AND THAT YOU HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY . MANIFEST THAT ENERGY JUST LIKE I DO 💪🏻

A positive mindset will get you somewhere in life , a negative mindset will set you back .

If you ask me , I’ve been positive , I’ve been giving out positive energy since I was a kid. I never feared loss , I never feared failure , it always made me drive for more success every time I fail.

I look at myself now, and I’m a big fuckin winner , but that doesn’t mean that’s it . I gotta keep winning , keep working hard , staying on track to be a better me . There’s always room to better yourself .
Once you feel like you are starting to lose yourself , sit down, take a breather and get back on track
