When training, it can be difficult to know when you’re doing well. Eli has a very special way of letting you know that you are performing your arm locks well in practice.

Come to KCC…. Become a knight!

Happy training y’all!

Grips for days! Learning to effectively use clothing for control and leverage is a game changer for surviving a knife attack.

Here’s a few key points:
1️⃣ Position and pressure first - grips are an add-on
2️⃣ Use hand positions you always utilize and add gripping
3️⃣ Smack, grab, and twist
4️⃣ Be violent with them

Want to learn more? Check out KCC2 in LA this weekend, and Maryland next weekend.

Or join us for a three hour mini clinic THIS Sunday in Upland, CA.

Happy training y’all!

Failure in training is necessary. Pressure testing needs to be guided and intentional…. And a part of training!

THREE more chances to get into KCC2 this year: LA, Maryland/DC, and ATL!

Get registered and get in to training.

Setting intention in training supercharges our ability to improve. If we want to learn how to utilize takedowns to defend against a knife, then it’s important to actually try to hit them against variable energy.

The rules are simple, attacker attacks, defender tries to limit damage taken, and get the attacker to the ground.

Mistakes will be made. Lessons will be learned.

KCC2 in LA is only a few weeks away and we’ll be “tackling” this concept live.

Join us and the crew at Krav Maga Unleashed for two awesome days of training!
