From breaking ground in 2015 to the hospital taking shape — and now, a decade on, we’re back delivering the next chapter.

A look at some of the moments captured along the way, with the new extension set for completion in 2027.

Ten years ago, we broke ground on the Tees Valley Hospital site 🔟🧱 marking the beginning of a project built on collaboration.

A decade on, we’re proud to celebrate the partners who were there from the very start and who continue to be part of the journey today. From those first days on site to the hospital we see now, strong relationships have remained at the heart of it all.

Built on partnership. Then. Now. Always.

The transformation continues. 🏥 Here’s a look at the latest progress on our hospital project...

The building is continuing to take shape, with excellent progress being made across both the external and internal works. Externally, the cladding, glazing, roofing and car park works are all well advanced, while internally, partitioning, theatre installations and first-fix mechanical and electrical works continue to move forward.

A great team effort from everyone involved to keep the project progressing safely and on programme. We look forward to sharing more updates as work continues.

Our Assistant Site Manager Jake successfully completed the maintenance and monitoring period at Glendon Wood Hospital in Kettering today. ✅

It’s fantastic to see the site thriving three years on from completion and the hospital continuing to function so well.

It was also great to catch up with the team at the hospital and see how everything has progressed since completion. 🏥
